Black is a good color for low light conditions where it gives good contrast. Black is one of the top three most popular of Jay’s colors. This color is one of the first to be offered in size #8 (3 pieces per package). There are often times when the trout are selective to size and I have begun offering down sized flies using the small “Shuck” for the body and the same marabou for the wing and tail. I will be adding more #8 colors if demand is there.
